This place changed many names along with the former owners. In 1680-and - "Godunovo", the estate was of the famous Godunov family, later belonged to the Princes Prozorovskim, in 1800 it became the property of a rich named Nicholas Alexeyevich.

About the origin of the name of the estate almost nothing is known. It is assumed that it was named in honor of the wife of the owner Grigory Godunov. When Prince Vladimir Prozorovsky bought the estate, he was already called "Lublin". In 1790, the estate passed to Princess Anna Andreevna Urusova. It was with her that the estate was rebuilt and ennobled. In 1800, Nikolai Alekseevich Durasov bought it. At the beginning of the XIX century the main house of the Assembly was built. According to the projects of famous architects, the building was in the form of a cross-the central hall, surrounded by four symmetrical halls inscribed in a circle. In the days of Durasov, a theater, greenhouses and a courtyard were built on the territory of the estate. Currently, the Durasov Palace is part of the reserve of the historical-architectural and natural-landscape Museum of the Moscow State, it houses several permanent exhibitions dedicated to the daily life of the Moscow nobility, regularly organized exhibitions.
