Catherine Palace is a luxurious country residence of the Royal couple.

The exterior of the Palace, as well as the interior, make an unforgettable impression, because outside it is decorated in white and blue tones with Golden stucco, and inside we will see an endless Suite of rooms, including the famous Amber room with a mosaic panel.

During the walk, we will learn where the Palace and Park took their name, what changes occurred in the era of Catherine II and what the rulers left behind from the time of Catherine I to Nicholas II. We will also hear a story about lavish balls and receptions, see collections of porcelain, amber, bronze and art furniture, find out who lived in Tsarskoye Selo and unravel the secrets hidden in sculptures and drawings.

At the end of our trip, special attention will be paid to Catherine Park, with its bridges, buildings, versatile style, picturesque design and numerous ponds that are symbols of Tsarskoye Selo. This Palace and Park ensemble is truly considered one of the masterpieces of Russian architecture of the mid-XVIII century.
